She arranged a driver, Bart, to come here, charge the battery and drive it to dealership. Bart was very helpful and professional, also, like Megan. While I wonder why the battery issue was not discovered during the 12 point inspection on the prior day's inspection, Megan handling everything for me, a disabled older man really making it easier for me and I was impressed and very thankful.Kathi W
