My car is running the best it has been.

Great people to interact with. Always friendly. They make you feel like family each visit. The only draw back is the AI or VRU that you have to use to set up an appointment. I know it might simplify things but there is nothing like talking to a real person. Although Jay was off the day I scheduled my maintenance Walt was great to talk to. Super people.

I've been leasing cars with Kelsey for over a decade. I would not go anywhere else. Walt, Jay, Steve, Tyler, and the rest of their team are excellent. They explain everything thoroughly, make sure all bases are covered, and really care that their customers are satisfied. They make the transaction quick and easy as well.

I really appreciate Willard helping me with the appointment and every part of the process.

Didn’t go well . Ordered a truck in Dec 2025 . No updates till May saying truck to be built in June , maybe July delivery. Finally I found more expensive truck at another dealer and back in Dec was told of lifetime powertrain policy but when getting diesel truck was told “no” only for 100,000 miles. Needed new truck to transport my wheelchair bound son. Wasn’t a good experience

Service was great. This was my first time to use the Kelsey service on my new equinox. Love my car!!!

Jeremy was very efficient. Answered all it questions and asked me to call Any time if I have questions. Was in and out in less than two hours
