I was down in Lawrenceburg with my daughter for a doctor appointment and my Silverado started acting up and showing a bunch of codes. I was frantic because I had a super important day planned for work. I stopped by there and they told me they could look at it after lunch. They were super efficient about looking up my warranties from another dealer and sourced my part same day! I was in luck! 🍀 They gave me a nice rental so I could take my daughter to school. They told me they were going to get my right front hub assembly and fluids fixed same day! I was able to go to my big work event safely! Thank you so much to the team at Kelsey!

Our salesman Doug Burner was excellent in every way. There was me & my son in law. So Doug was actually doing 2 deals at the same time. He had 2 Nissans that Kelsey was buying, and 2 Chevrolets that we were leasing. That man not only stayed until 11pm to take care of us, but he was running from one office to the other. Checking in with us. Made sure our new cars were cleaned and gassed up. Everyone there was very nice and tried to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. But it was Doug that made the entire experience extraordinary. This was my 4th or 5th experience with Doug. I send everyone I know to Kelsey and tell them to ask for Doug. My son bought a truck 3 weeks prior to me & my son in law purchasing & selling. I can't say enough about Kelsey Chevrolet. I think they deserve an award for excellence in Customer Servicee & Doug Burns should be recognized as Salesman of the year! I've been to the Toyota. Subaru, Nissan and Ford dealerships in our area. And not ONE even compares to this dealership!

Took my car here as always to the body shop for repairs after I was rear ended. They broke my front end license plate cover I revelry bought and left the pieces in the cup holders. They never told me either. I had a bracelet my son gave to me I never thought I’d need to take out of it (I kept it in my car so I could see it all the time because it didn’t fit right. It is Joe missing out of my car . I called and told the manager but it was his Friday night. Said he’d call back Monday . Never did .

Great place to do business!. We know longer purchase from Dodge or Ford because we can't trust the local shops service. Kelsey goes above and beyond in the Service Department. Sales people are always nice and will tell you anything! But at the end of the day, the service team is key to me.

I got my Equinox serviced. I hate how expensive repairs are in general but it was worth it considering they fixed it same day and are super nice and professional. I really appreciate them. Highly recommend.
